Lifting Productive Equipment & Wire Ropes Inspection and Certification

Lifting Equipment requires compliance with the technical standards at all construction and operation phases, in order to ensure that the facilities and equipment are suitable for use, and to safeguard the project insurance conditions, as indicated by the insurance companies.
The inspection of lifting equipment includes documentation control, visual and functional tests.

Wire Ropes inspection and Certification during periodical inspections according the related standards is part of the inspection process. Certified MRT operators are performing the inspection and control activities, and a Wire Rope NDT Report is include in the Final Inspection Report of the Lifting Equipment. Wire Ropes inspection diameters, varies from 5mm to 40mm and under specific conditions from 40mm to 120mm.

After an evaluation and lack of non-conformities according to the requirements of International, European or National Legislation, a certificate of conformity is issued.
